VC2074: Another <parameter-group> has this name

Another <parameter-group> above has the same name. Their parameters share one group in Block Properties, and only the first group's attributes (expanded) count, so this one's are ignored.

How to fix

Move these parameters into the first <parameter-group>, or give this one another name.
